An amazing day to benefit Quebec youth and their mental health

The 33^rd Fondation Jeunes en Tête Golf Tournament was held on Monday, June 10. Over 260 guests from the business community gathered on the beautiful greens of the historic Club Laval-sur-le-Lac for a day of sport and philanthropy. The success of this year’s event, co-chaired by Jean-Yves Bourgeois, Executive Vice-President, Business Services, Desjardins Group, and Martin Brassard, President and CEO, Héroux-Devtek, was above par!

With a gourmet brunch and sweet and savoury bites available on the course, participants kept up their energy all day long as they swung their way through the 18-hole circuit. They were rewarded for their efforts with a refreshing cocktail reception afterwards.

Thanks to the commitment of guests and the event’s co-chairs as well as the work of our incredible organizing committee, we were able to raise $660 000 net for Quebec youth. This major injection of funds will help sustain the Foundation’s activities to promote positive mental health among our youth through concrete tools for schools, students and the people in their lives. Thanks to online toolkits, parents, caregivers and even teens can consult a wide array of content on subjects of concern to them in their daily lives.

Since its creation, FJET has equipped over 1,300,000 teens to be mentally resilient.
