Why the need for such a program?

This new workshop, offered to schools for free, aims to give students, from Grade 7 to 8 the tools and school anxiety solutions they need to achieve good mental health.

These key tools will help them:

This new workshop, offered to schools for free, aims to give students aged 11 to 13 (sec 3-5) the tools and school anxiety solutions they need to achieve good mental health. 

These key tools will help them:

A workshop developed with a committee of experts

A workshop developed with a committee of experts

To ensure the high quality of content presented in this workshop, an expert committee headed by psychiatrist Dr. Benoit (Clinique Expertise NeuroScience) was consulted.

What will the teens learn?

Through this workshop, teens will learn how to:

  • Understand mental health and grasp how the brain functions
  • Master a basic mindfulness technique
  • Practice introspection to better know oneself and communicate effectively with others
  • Recognize when and where to put this knowledge to use
  • Understand how these can positively impact their lives every day
