Providing a global solution for at-risk teens
Each year, the Foundation supports some 20 organizations whose goals are complementary to ours, in an effort to prevent psychological distress in young people aged 11 to 18.
With the funds raised through the Mayor’s Ball in Quebec City and the BN Grand Tour, we help these organizations lower school dropout rates and reduce drug addiction, violence and social exclusion so at-risk teens can prosper in all aspects of their lives.

BN Grand Tour
Youth in Mind Foundation is proud to invest $ 135,000 this year thanks to the funds raised during the BN Grand Tour, in collaboration with the National Bank.
Every year, National Bank’s generous employees set off to discover a part of Quebec by running or cycling, all in an effort to raise money for youth.
How can you be eligible for this funding?
After the fundraiser, the Foundation donates to organizations in the chosen area, which varies from year to year. There is therefore no application period, as the funding is issued upon invitation.
THE 2ND SUN LIFE AND QUEBEC CITY MENTAL HEALTH INVESTMENT FUND
In 2019, Quebec City Mayor Régis Labeaume and Jacques Goulet, President of Sun Life Canada, created an exceptional investment fund benefitting mental health of young people.
In 2023, they were delighted to announce the continuation of this initiative with the creation of a 2nd fund for the psychological well-being of young people, for the next 3 years.
Managed by Youth in Mind Foundation, this fund made it possible to support three Capitale-Nationale-based organizations dedicated to addressing teens’ most pressing mental health needs.
