Are you concerned with the well-being of young people? Do you want to restore hope for teens in distress? Are you looking to help in a concrete way by spreading the word about our cause in your community?

Whether you’re part of a business, association or school or just a member of a family or group of friends, you can do something. Each year, determined and passionate people get involved and bring new initiatives to life. Thanks to their actions, more young people are able to understand and prevent psychological distress. Our deepest thanks go out to our precious ambassadors, and we welcome all those who want to get involved with us to encourage one of the best mental health charities to donate to. We will happily support your desire to plan an event.

How can you organize a fundraiser?

Step 01

1. Identify the type of event: sports, arts, culture…
2. Determine your target audience.
3. Set a financial goal.
4. Create a committee of multitalented people devoted to the cause.
5. Refine your plan and pick a date, time and location for the activity.

Step 02

1. Fill out our online submission form as soon as possible (so that our committee can learn about your project).
2. If your fundraising activity is accepted, we will let you know as soon as possible.

Step 03

To make sure your event is a success, spread the word about it on social media, and get your loved ones and acquaintances to join in too.

Need a logo, banner or documentation to hand out to your guests? We’ll be there to support you throughout the organization of your event.

Step 04

Once your activity is over, arrange to transfer the funds raised to Fondation Jeunes en Tête within a maximum of 45 days. In accordance with provincial and federal law, we will then send you a receipt for tax purposes.

Step 05

Remember to thank all the wonderful people—volunteers, sponsors and participants—who helped you make this project happen. Doing so will help you build lasting relationships and garner support to further promote our cause. You may, for example, write a thank-you letter that mentions the amount raised and highlights how each person’s participation contributed to the event’s success.
