Let’s Bond is back with its flagship event, The Derby, for its fourth edition! Designed to provide an unforgettable sporting experience, this spring competition promises to push you to your limits, while supporting an important cause: mental health.

The competition will consist of three workouts held at the end of the day, from 5pm to 8pm, each lasting three hours. The movements to be performed will not be technical, such as heavy lifting, gymnastic movements or advanced athletic techniques. All workouts will consist of accessible moves, but a basic level of fitness is still required, as this is a competition after all! And to top it all off, there will be a party to celebrate the participating teams and their achievements.

A SPORTING CHALLENGE TO SUPPORT THE CAUSE OF MENTAL HEALTH

Let’s Bond is a Montreal-based collective that raises funds and awareness for mental health issues. In the past few years, it has raised over $3,000,000 for mental health.

Let’s Bond aims to accomplish 4 goals:

  • Promote awareness
  • Strengthen prevention
  • Improve understanding
  • Encourage commitment

LET'S BOND - A COLLECTIVE COMMITTED TO THE CAUSE

Let’s Bond is an initiative created in 2011 by a group of young professionals who wanted to mobilize their community to denounce the stigma associated with mental health, and to promote mental health in the workplace. 100% of the proceeds from sponsorships and donations are donated directly to the Fondation Jeunes en Tête, the Fondation Douglas and other organizations working in the field of mental health.
