Thank you to the students in techniques, presentation and design from Cégep Sainte-Foy for welcoming our guests with the warmth of Portugal. Furthermore, we wish to highlight the exceptional talent of Marieme and Thomas as hosts, and thank then for shining a light on our cause and our guests throughout this remarkable evening.

We would also like to thank our event partners for creating a festive and welcoming atmosphere inspired by Lisbon’s finest celebrations. We also thank the Fairmont Le Château Frontenac for their hospitality and the exceptionnal dishes prepared by Chef Helena Loureiro and the Château’s brigade. A special thanks to the teenagers from La Table est mise d’Intègr’action for their invaluable help in the kitchen.
