The Youth in Mind Foundation is proud to present its 2024 Annual Report, highlighting the vitality and growth of an organization deeply committed to youth and their future. <\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Within these pages, you’ll learn more about the Foundation’s mission in Quebec’s high schools, as well as beyond the classroom walls, through free and accessible resources for teens, their families, and school staff.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Recent studies show that young people are more likely to experience high levels of anxiety and depression compared to older Canadians. Screen time, climate change, and social instability are just a few of the factors negatively impacting their mental health.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

To counter these trends, Youth in Mind plays a crucial role in raising awareness among teenagers. Backed by 25 years of experience, the Foundation has proven its impact and today, we’re striving to reach even more youth by expanding access to our prevention services. To support this ambition, the Foundation opened a new office in Quebec City, strengthening our connection to the local community and allowing us to make a lasting difference in the Capitale-Nationale and Eastern Quebec regions.\u00a0 <\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
