Our workshops are free of charge and aim to promote positive mental health among young people. They are offered to students in Secondary 1 to 5.<\/p>\n

\ud83d\udc49 Our Mental Health Basics workshop<\/a> is designed for students in Secondary 1 to 2. Its aim is to provide teenagers with the keys to healthy mental health.<\/p>\n

\ud83d\udc49 Our Partners for Life workshop<\/a> raises awareness of adolescent depression among young people in Secondary 3, 4 and 5, parents, teachers and caregivers.<\/p>\n

Ideally, we prefer to run the workshops in individual classrooms (as opposed to several groups together in an auditorium, for example). The quality of the interaction with students is much better, and they typically feel more comfortable participating and asking questions about mental health in a smaller setting. If this isn’t possible for you, no woories!
